Prohibited Products and Services Policy

Whop supports the sale of products and services across various categories, subject to certain restrictions. For the safety of our users, prohibited or unlawful products and services may not be sold or offered, whether for free or for payment, on Whop or through Whop Payments. We reserve the right to remove any product or service under this policy or our Terms of Service at our discretion.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring their offerings comply with all applicable laws and Whop's policies. We will remove prohibited products or services and may suspend or terminate accounts. Suspended accounts may have payments withheld for investigation (typically 90 days, up to 120-180 days as required by our Financial Partners or law). We may refund customers for transactions involving prohibited items and may withhold or forfeit payments if chargebacks, refund disputes, or legal liability arise.

If you see an item that may violate this policy, please contact [email protected]
