April has been a bad month , back to back losses for almost every single play this past week

Joined 3 days ago and lost back to back days. Out of 15 plays, only 5 hit and not only that, PREMIUM lost too.
Took 149.99 from me and have not responded!! I’ve reached out to everyone possible!! From the support team tk the creators…. No one has reached back out smh
